About Me
- Dr Andy Oliver
- A learning technologist of 20 years experience my philosophy centres upon advocating the benefits of e-learning while maintaining a sympathetic ear to the needs of the user. I'm based at the University of Hertfordshire UK, working part time as a Blended Learning Teacher for the university’s' Learning and Teaching Institute and also as a Learning Technology Consultant for Information Services. Happily the duties for both roles coalesce into one area, namely that of developing staff with regards to blended learning.
